Refund policy

Return Period: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Please allow an additional 5-7 days for the returned product(s) to reach us.

  • Exchanges  can be initiated only once per product.
  • We strongly recommend recording a video while opening/unpacking your order, ensuring all stickers/labels are intact. This video will serve as proof in case of missing or damaged product(s) or parcel(s). Without video proof, it will be difficult for us to proceed with returns or refunds.
  • We can change terms and conditions without prior notice to customer
  • You will get Store Credits for returns

Reverse Pick-Up Service: 

We will book the reverse Shipment for you.

Rs.100-149 is the reverse Shipment fee that we will be charging.

Returns must be completed within 7 days of delivery. If pickup fails ,no rescheduling will be entertained after 7 days.

Customers can feel free to ship there product  back through any courier if they face any sizing issues or any other issues within 7 days of delivery

Product Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Order Cancellations:

Cancellation Policy: Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
